The Community Nursing Team can be contacted at the surgery and there is no need for patients to be referred by a Doctor. If you, a relative or friend, need the services of the Nursing Team at home, please contact the Nurses through Reception at the Surgery during opening hours and arrangements can be made to visit. Services provided by the Team are home treatments, health promotion, advice, elderly assessments, falls assessments and presentations, referrals to other medical professionals when needed.
